Jeremiah 31:8-9
8. Behold, I will bring them from the north country and gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, and among them will be the blind and the lame, the woman with child and she who labors in childbirth together, a great company, they will return here to Jerusalem.
9. They will come with weeping [in penitence and for joy], pouring out prayers [for the future]. I will lead them back; I will cause them to walk by streams of water in which they will not stumble, for I am a Father to Israel, and Ephraim [Israel] is My Firstborn.
These are two verses that I believe God gave me for Wheeling. In these verses I heard the Lord saying that He is bringing a variety of people to Wheeling, WV. Among these will be the lame, woman with child and she who labors in childbirth together as the verse stated.-Among this group of people will be two kinds of people: Those who are just curious about the glory of God that is resting here in Wheeling and those who have been rejected by religious institutions. God says, I have a remnant in Wheeling who are stewards of my glory and I trust them with this group of people. I call Wheeling the Firstborn of my glory, for the release of My glory that I am pouring out here has been never before seen. I Am causing a living, continuous stream of water (representing My Spirit) to flow through Wheeling and all surrounding cities and states. Be ready!

Qualified for My Glory
This is a word the Lord gave me for the city of Wheeling, WV:
This city is qualified for My Glory. I desire to pour out my Glory here. I do desire for businesses to be booming. I do desire for jobs to be booming left and right. Employment rate will increase. My people need to know that I am their Father. I knew the city of Wheeling before it was even formed. I knew everyone who would ever reside here. I held the city of Wheeling in My arms as a parent does with a newborn baby, and I want this city to know that they are still in my arms. wake up my people...it's Daddy...it's a touch from Daddy. Just open your eyes and look. I am holding you in My arms. I am here. Don't believe the lies...your identity is in Me. You're My baby. You have my DNA. I want to communicate My Love to a city so precious to Me...to a people so dear to My Heart. Awake and smell the aroma of Me. It's Daddy. I'm here...I've always been here. The lies of the enemy has caused a stillborn state but My Love has overpowered the enemy and awaken You. Now let out a cry as newborn babies do. I'm listening. I hold You precious to My heart. I love You. I'm not mad with you. I just want to Love you back. I am breaking down every wall with My Love. I don't have to punish you....you're in a broken state...I'm going to Love You back. My Love will wake you up to Your reality. You're already mine. You were birth out of the womb of Love. The lies of the enemy have clogged your ears, but even My words has the power to clear your hearing. Listen...do you hear that? Yea, it's a lullaby from Heaven. Welcome home child. I've been waiting for you. Here is Your mansion. Your room is already prepared. What is Mine is Yours. The media and the rest of the world will inquire about the work that I am doing here in Wheeling. Many will know that You are my child...that you are not forgotten. I cried over you when you were born. Tears of happiness and joy. I knew you. I loved you. I still have those very same feelings. There is nothing you have to do to be my child, you're already my child.

I heard this echo going on in Heaven. We were telling our Daddy (God) that He's beautiful and He was looking upon us saying, "Oh, my child, you're beautiful." And then I realized that as He was saying this He was looking into a mirror at what I thought was Himself. But the reflection in the mirror was actually us (His children). Then it clicked. Wow, our Dad already sees us as beautiful no matter where are in life. Because we are in Him and through His Son we have been redeemed and called the sons of God, when our Father looks at us He sees us as He sees Himself.

God gives the Increase
Most breech babies (babies that are position feet or buttocks first in the uterus) are babies that are PRE-mature.--The Holy Spirit gave me this vision/revelation. The body (representing the believers) have for many years tried to do work that only our Father was meant to do. Work concerning salvation of souls, rushing the growth process of new babes in Christ, trying to change outward habits of self and others, and etc. When that happens, the Holy Spirit gave me breech babies as a parallel in the natural: The baby (representing souls) in the womb, instead of coming out HEAD first (representing birth by Christ), comes out FEET first (representing birth by man). When we tamper with the work of God this PRE-mature and abnormal birth can be very harmful to the baby and sometimes even deadly. One plants, another waters but it is our Daddy God that gives the increase. Our #1 job as the believer to every soul should be releasers of the Love of God. Freely we have receive, freely we give!!
